Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Harmon Exteriors LLC website and online estimate tools. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information.

Online estimates are not binding

Website totals are automated estimates based on information you provide. They are not final or binding service prices, appointment confirmations or promises of availability. Harmon Exteriors must review the property, service scope, access and submitted details before issuing or confirming a final Square quote.

Pricing rules

Current calculator rules include $5 per standard exterior pane, an additional $3 for each applicable second-story standard pane, $15 per large/oversized pane, $15 per sliding glass door and the displayed per-standard-pane rates for optional interior, screen, track and frame work. A $100 minimum service charge applies after the optional $10 photo-permission discount. The minimum is not displayed until at least one billable item is added. Published prices may be updated for future requests.

Count-on-site requests

A count-on-site request does not display or promise a price. It asks Harmon Exteriors to review the location and confirm a count and quote before work is approved.

Scheduling and Square

Submitting an estimate does not reserve an appointment. The expected workflow is website estimate, Harmon Exteriors review, Square quote, customer approval, appointment options, confirmed service, Square invoice and electronic payment. The website does not process payment cards.

Property access and conditions

Customers are responsible for providing accurate access information and disclosing conditions that could affect safe work. Exterior-only service may not require the customer to be home if safe access is arranged. Interior service requires approved home access. Weather or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling.

Optional photo permission

The photo-permission choice is optional and not preselected. If selected, it covers property and work photographs on the terms displayed beside the checkbox. It does not authorize use of a person’s face, name, voice, testimonial or identifying details without separate written permission. The $100 service minimum still applies after the discount. You may withdraw permission for new uses by contacting us; limits on recalling earlier publication are described in the Privacy Policy.

Electronic communications

Submitting the form asks us to contact you about the estimate or service using the phone number or email address provided. It does not enroll you in unrelated promotional email or text marketing.

Website availability and delivery status

We aim to keep the calculator accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. A saved request may occasionally need email-delivery attention. In that case, the site displays the saved reference and contact instructions instead of an ordinary success message. Call or text if you are unsure whether a request was received.

Third-party services

Hosting, email, analytics, social-media and Square services are provided under their respective terms. Harmon Exteriors is not responsible for a third-party service’s separate website, availability or data practices.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, reverse engineer or submit fraudulent information through the website. Automated abuse may be rate-limited or blocked.

Age and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to submit a service request. By requesting service for a property, you represent that you own the property or are authorized to request the service and provide any property-related permission you select.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be addressed in a court with appropriate jurisdiction unless the parties separately agree otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively as the website, services or legal requirements change. The effective date shown at the top identifies the version that applies to a submission. Changes do not retroactively alter terms already accepted for an earlier request.

Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
