Count each separate pane of glass, add any second-story access, oversized panes and sliding doors, then choose optional services. The calculator itemizes the price and applies the $100 minimum after any photo discount.
What counts as one window pane?
Each separate standard piece of glass counts as one pane. A window with two separate glass sections is two panes. Keep large/oversized panes and sliding glass doors out of the standard count.
What counts as a large window?
A pane approximately 4 feet wide or 4 feet tall—or larger—is oversized and priced at $15 each. Add it separately, not as a standard $5 pane.
How do second-story windows work?
Applicable second-story standard panes add $3 each for access. Keep those panes included in your total standard pane count; the calculator prevents the second-story count from exceeding the total.
Is there a minimum service charge?
Yes. A $100 minimum service charge applies to every appointment. The calculator shows any minimum adjustment as its own line item, and the minimum is applied after the optional $10 photo discount.
Is my online estimate the final price?
No. It is a straightforward starting estimate based on the information you enter. Harmon Exteriors reviews the details and confirms the final Square quote before service or scheduling is approved.
Do you clean inside windows?
Yes. Interior window cleaning is available at $4 per standard pane and requires access to the home.
Do you clean screens, tracks and frames?
Yes. Screen cleaning is $2, track detailing is $3 and frame detailing is $2 per standard pane. These add-on rates do not automatically apply to oversized panes or sliding doors.
Do I need to be home?
For exterior-only work, you generally do not need to be home if safe access is available. Interior work requires arranged access to the home.
What happens if it rains?
Light weather does not always prevent cleaning, but unsafe or unsuitable conditions can require rescheduling. Harmon Exteriors will communicate any change.
Is Harmon Exteriors a Washington-licensed business and insured?
Yes. Harmon Exteriors is a Washington-licensed business and is insured. Active Washington business licensing and insurance are mandatory publication requirements; no license number, carrier, policy, coverage or bond details are published here.
What areas do you service?
Launch service is limited to Mountlake Terrace, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Mill Creek, Shoreline and Kenmore. Addresses that cannot be confidently matched are sent for manual review.
How does the $10 photo discount work?
You may optionally authorize before-and-after property/work photos for marketing and receive $10 off. The box is never preselected, declining does not affect service, and the $100 minimum is applied after the discount. It does not authorize use of your face, name or testimonial.
How do I pay?
After you approve the confirmed Square quote and the work is completed, Harmon Exteriors sends an electronic Square invoice. The website does not collect or store payment-card information.
