Privacy Policy
Harmon Exteriors LLC (“Harmon Exteriors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect through this website and our estimate process, how we use and disclose it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you request an estimate, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, city, ZIP code, window counts, selected services, estimated pricing, notes, submission date/time and a unique estimate reference. Security records may include a one-way identifier derived from an IP address or limited browser/contact information, submission timing and delivery diagnostics. We do not collect payment-card details through this website.
Photo permission records
The optional photo-permission checkbox is never preselected. If you choose it, we record your choice, the applicable consent version, date/time and associated estimate. The permission covers property and work photographs on the terms shown beside the checkbox. It does not authorize use of your face, name, voice, testimonial, exact street address, visible license plate or other identifying information unless you separately agree in writing. Declining does not affect service or pricing other than the optional discount.
How we use information
We use information to calculate and review estimates, contact you about requested service, prevent abusive submissions, maintain estimate, assent and consent records, prepare a quote in Square, arrange service, maintain business records, respond to requests and diagnose delivery failures.
Service providers and restricted administration
This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and applicable hosting, database and security infrastructure. Access to the private Harmon Exteriors administration area is restricted to the authorized owner account. Resend processes transactional estimate emails for Harmon Exteriors. When an estimate is ready for the next step, the owner manually transfers relevant customer and service information into Square to prepare a quote. Square then handles later quotes, invoices and payments under its own terms and privacy practices. Website submissions are not automatically sent to Square, and this website does not store payment-card data.
Analytics and external links
Google Analytics 4 is disabled at launch. The website contains links to third-party services such as Instagram and Square; information you provide after leaving this site is governed by the receiving provider’s practices.
No sale of personal information
No sale of personal information. We do not sell customer personal information. At launch, we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or enable Google Analytics. We will update this Policy before materially changing those practices.
Retention
Unconverted estimate requests and related email-delivery diagnostic records are automatically deleted after 24 months. Hashed rate-limit records expire and are cleaned after approximately 48 hours. Completed customer, business and tax transaction records are not automatically deleted on the 24-month estimate schedule and are retained as reasonably necessary for applicable business, legal and tax obligations. Photo-permission and withdrawal records are retained as reasonably necessary to document authorization and withdrawal. Records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for a dispute, legal hold, fraud or security investigation, backup cycle, or applicable legal or tax obligation.
Security
We use access controls, server-side validation, limited rate controls and other reasonable safeguards. Email-delivery diagnostics are stored without API keys or other provider secrets. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.
Privacy requests
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction, request deletion, or withdraw photo permission for future uses. Email harmon@harmonexteriors.com with “Privacy request” or “Photo permission withdrawal” in the subject and include any estimate reference that will help us locate the record. To protect your information, we may verify the email address, phone number, estimate reference or service address associated with the request. We record the request date, verification method, requested action, action taken and completion date in a restricted internal log. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for contracts, taxes, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, consent history or another retention exception described above.
Withdrawing photo permission
You may withdraw photo permission for new uses by contacting us and identifying the estimate or property. We will stop new uses and make reasonable efforts to remove the material from channels we control. Withdrawal does not invalidate uses made before the withdrawal or guarantee removal from printed materials, search caches or third-party resharing. Withdrawal does not affect your service.
